The Red Dot Design Award is an international product design and communication design prize awarded by the Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen in Essen, Germany.
The Red Dot jury, consisting of independent designers, design professors and specialists journalists, discussed all entries live and on site according to the strict Red Dot statutes. Only outstanding achievements received a distinction. The Product Design competition has existed since 1954. Its award, the “Red Dot”, is an internationally recognized quality seal.

The Mo Smart Body Analyzer is designed for the family which pay attention to health. Let the family members know their own body situation at any time, contributing to the understanding, communication and sharing between each other. It was designed by San Francisco-based studio Ammunition. Led by industrial designer Robert Brunner. Previously, Robert was the Director of Industrial Design for Apple, where he established its pioneering internal corporate design organization, Apple IDg.
Mo. is a safe, accurate and beautifully designed wellness scale. It measures 7 kinds of health data including weight, body fat, and BMI. It comes with a detachable e-ink display which can be placed anywhere you want, and the display can also function as a digital clock that shows indoor/outdoor temperature, indoor humidity, and air quality. Mo. is the world’s thinnest body fat scale that has an ultra-wide standing surface engineered with anti-flipping design. More importantly, it has built in capability to measure fetus weight for pregnant women.
